GHI Construction brings years of experience serving the commercial, residential, multifamily, and hospitality industries across the Southeast. We manage projects of all sizes, from new roofing systems and exterior improvements to high-end renovations, full-scale remodels, custom home construction, and large-scale commercial projects.
Typical projects are structured with one of our experienced foreman as the primary project manager. A working supervisor or team lead is on the job from start to finish that is responsible for the implementation of the design and completion of the full scope of each project's contract. These leaders direct our teams of skilled and experienced crew members and subcontractors to get the job done right the first time.
Our roofing division specializes in fast response to the often urgent need for replacement roofs and related projects, both for residential and commercial construction.

At Green Home Installations, we strive to simplify and streamline the process of your project from start to finish.
Our process starts when you contact us, during which we will gather some initial information about your project and schedule a time that is best for you for one of our consultants to meet with you. During this meeting, our consultant will gather all measurements and details needed to build a comprehensive and clear scope of work to complete your project.
Upon an agreement being made for the terms of your project, a walk through of your project with one of our experienced foremen as an additional layer of security that will minimize the amount of surprises that come along with the construction process.
At this time, plans will be drafted in-house if they are needed, and are sent to you for your approval.
After plan approval, special order items are ordered. We will contact you as often as you would like while we are waiting on your special orders and for construction to begin. Once construction has been completed, a final walk-through will occur to ensure completion that meets your full expectations.
From the initial meeting with one of our knowledgeable consultants, to the final walk through of your project, we aim to make each step of the process as easy and stress free as possible for you and your family.
